The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to various tourist attractions. We were able to commute anywhere with ease, as it was situated very close to the local train station. We also found it convenient as it was very close to the local market, and since my dad was receiving treatment at Saifee hospital, this city location was the best for us. The staff was exceptional, always ready to help, and they provided us with toiletries and bottled water. Additionally, there were great breakfast options and parking facilities, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
Everything great.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free dental kit and shampoo/conditioner, which was quite helpful. The location was central, making it convenient to travel around the city. I liked the value for money aspect as well.
The bathroom was unclean, with a bad odor that made it unpleasant to use. The room itself was not well maintained, with holes in the sheets and dirty glasses.

I've stayed at a hotel in south Bombay's Opera House area, an easy commute anywhere, as it's very close to the local train station. the location was perfect for my solo travel needs. the room was well-kept and spacious with good room service. the veg meals were delicious and the hotel offered WiFi in the reception area.
The noise levels were quite high at night, often due to rooftop parties - be sure to pack some earplugs.

Had a lovely Easter stay in Mumbai. the hotel was located in a very convenient area, with great eating places nearby. the staff were quite friendly and ready to help. the rooms were cozy and clean. a great experience!
On the contrary, the downside of this hotel stay was the rather outdated check-in procedures. Every time we ordered room service, we had to pay immediately instead of charging on the room bill.
